It was my privilege to paint a memorial portrait of Sooty, who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2018.

Sooty’s human sent me a beautiful black-and-white photo as a reference. It was such a joyful exercise to judiciously add color to this composition to help Sooty’s spirit shine through.
